Return & Refund Policy

At Takumi Rope, every item is handmade with care. Small variations in color, texture, or shape are normal and make each piece unique.

1. Within 30 days of receiving your item, you have the right to contact us to report an issue and request a refund or an exchange. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item back. If the item differs from what was ordered or has defects or damage, the seller covers the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by the buyer.

2. We recommend sending returns with a tracking number and, if possible, insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during a return if a tracking number is not provided to us.

3. We will issue a refund no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item, or after you provide proof that you have sent it back (such as a tracking number), whichever comes first. A full refund includes the item price and the original shipping cost.
